Practice Falun Gong

Falun Gong is a special "qigong" method for cultivation practice of mind and body. One practices five easy slow exercises and cultivates one's character in everyday life according to the universal law of "Zhen Shan Ren" or Truthfulness, Compassion and tolerance. It is  excellent for physical and moral health, relives stress, enhances energy, develops self restrains, inner peace and wisdom.
Trough out the world, Falun Dafa classes are free of charge and without obligation. One can learn it quickly from fellow practitioners.
There is no organization, no name list, no adoration or any ceremony, no hierarchy or political aim. One can practice the exercises privately or in group.
